Delivery days and lead times depend on product and your location. We confirm timing when you place an order or through your member dashboard. We’ll communicate any changes so you can plan your kitchen and menu.
What areas do you deliver to?

How does pricing work? (public pricing vs. member pricing)
Our catalog shows price ranges and minimums for each product. Full, live member pricing is visible after you sign in. New accounts are reviewed and approved so we can offer wholesale pricing and ordering. Member login gives you access to current market pricing and the ability to add to cart and checkout.
What payment methods do you accept?
At checkout you can choose Pay Now (ACH) or Pay Later. With Pay Later we send an invoice link by email. Orders move to processing once payment is submitted.
How do I become a wholesale customer?
Use the magic-link sign-in to create an account. Your account is reviewed and approved so we can offer member pricing and ordering. Once approved, you’ll have access to live pricing, the full catalog, and checkout.
How should I store oysters/clams after delivery?
Keep shellfish cold (33–40°F), ideally in a refrigerator with good air circulation. Store in the bag or container they arrived in; don’t submerge in water or seal in an airtight container. Use as soon as possible for best quality. We can provide more detailed handling guidance when you order.
What is your return/quality guarantee policy?
We stand behind the quality of our product. If you receive shellfish that don’t meet our standards, contact us right away with details and we’ll work with you to make it right. We’ll confirm the exact process when you become a customer.
Can I place a standing weekly order?
We can accommodate recurring orders. Details depend on product availability and your location. Ask when you sign in or contact us to set up a schedule that works for your operation.
How do I know what's currently available?
